About Palettora

Palettora is a free site from Northlark for finding the colors, shapes and styles that suit you. Every quiz runs in your browser, every guide is free to read, and nothing asks for an email address.

Who runs Palettora

Palettora is published by Northlark, an independent publisher that builds free, practical websites on different topics. Every Northlark site follows the same rules: answer the question first, show the method, and never ask for your data.

How the quizzes work

The color analysis quiz scores your answers on three scales: warm to cool, light to deep, and bright to soft. It then picks the season whose profile is closest to yours, and shows the runner-up so you can compare the two. The face shape tool applies a published set of measurement rules, whether you measure by hand or from a photo.

The other quizzes add up points for each possible result and show the one with the most. Every quiz page explains its method, and we say plainly that a quiz is a starting point. Natural daylight and testing real fabric against your face matter more than any online result.

How the palettes are built

Each of the 12 season palettes has 30 named colors with hex codes, ordered light to dark. The colors are checked against each season's properties in the OKLCH color space: light seasons stay light, deep seasons stay deep, soft seasons stay muted and bright seasons stay clear.

Every image on the site, from palettes to face outlines, is drawn in code. We use no stock photos and no pictures of real people.

What we promise

No accounts, no stored quiz answers, no tracking cookies. Photos you use with the face shape tool stay on your device. If a page links to a product, the link is marked and explained in our affiliate disclosure.
